Partner Congregations Congregations in the Mbulu Diocese are linked with congregations in the Southeast Michigan Synod. Visits, letter exchanges, e-mails and texting are making the relationships possible.
Dongobesh Secondary School Members of the synod support the great efforts to students through scholarships for room, board and tuition. Students study hard to improve Tanzania and their own lives. The synod built a library for the school.
Dongobesh School for the Deaf This is one of ten such schools in Tanzania. Children who were denied are now given opportunity through this wonderful school. Members of the Southeast Michigan Synod support these efforts by offering scholarships.
Trips While trips of been infrequent in recent years, 2011 is the start of more frequent trips which will deepen understanding and opportunities for mutual projects.
