| As a synod of the ELCA, the Northeastern PA Synod is some of the hands, feet, heart, and love on Christ Jesus in the South Central Diocese of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania. |

Developing a Covenant Agreement
Togther, the South Central Diocese of the ELC Tanzania and the Northeastern PA Synod of the ELCA are developing a covenant agreement as we walk side-by-side into future ministries.
Youth Vision Trips
We have completed 2 youth vision trips to our brothers and sisters in the South Central Diocese. During these vision trips we share in the ministries of the SCD and share and receive the love of Christ Jesus. They have changed lives.
Companion Congregations
Together, the SCD and the NEPS is in the process of linking each congregation of the SCD with a companion congregation in the NEPS. These relationship allow both congregations to share in the ministries of its partner congregation.
Companion Congregation vision trips
Each companion congregation relationship is unique to itself. Some of the companion congregations strive to have vision trips to each other, allowing for a more intimate and personal relationship.
