| Over 20 years the relationship is strengthened by many SD Synod congregations sending travelers, having fund-raisers for Cameroon causes, listening to stories from missionaries and travelers, Bishop to Bishop close relationship/visiting. |

Cameroon Church Roofs
Congregations send funds they have gathered to the Synod and when $8000 is collected it is sent to Cameroon for a village church needing a roof. Sometimes a group goes to help with the roof construction or celebration of the roof.
Train Up A Child
Sunday Schools of the SD Synod congregations are invited to sponsor a child or a classroom of children in the Lutheran Elementary Schools of Cameroon. Individuals and other congregational groups also participate.
Scholarship for Seminary
SD Synod provides part of the funds for 2 students to attend the Lutheran Seminary at Meiganga, Cameroon. These students go on to assignments for the National Church.
