Montana Rafting Adventure


Montana, sometimes called "the Last Best Place," invites you to a week of mountains, wilderness and water. Your group, along with a guide, will start at the Canadian border and paddle a raft down one of the most remote rivers in the state. There are a limited number of permits given out for this scenic river located next to Glacier National Park, so sign up early.

Montana Backpack and Rafting

Hike in Big Sky Country with peaks touching the heavens and crystal blue lakes in hidden valleys. Your group will experience the challenge and accomplishment of a week-long wilderness trip. You will stretch, grow and learn with two trained camp guides. Our backpacking trips are designed for youth of all abilities. The terrain and hikes are varied and the country magnificent. Your wilderness adventure can end with the option of a white-water rafting trip.

Montana Sailing and Rafting

Enjoy three days of sailing on beautiful Flathead Lake. Work as a group, as you learn to sail, navigating Flathead''s crystal waters. Camp under the stars and visit islands along the way. Challenge yourself on our high ropes course and you have the option to experience some of the warmest white water in Montana, as you raft on the Flathead River.

Montana Sea Kayak Adventure

Your group will play the crystal blue waters of a Montana Lake as you paddle from campsite to campsite in your sea kayak. Kayakers will learn different paddling strokes and rescue maneuvers. Camp on islands or remote beaches and explore your Christian faith while experiencing the challenge and joy of living in community. Whitewater rafting and/or high ropes are offered as an option on this trip. Designed for senior high and adult groups of 6 to 8.

High Adventure Camp


Get Ready for FUN! Experience a week with other senior high youth from across Idaho and beyond! Unearth new friendships while exploring the Bible and worshiping around the campfire. You will spend one night underneath the stars near camp and one day at the beach on Alturas Lake. Plus, you'll love the Thursday night dance and game night! For an additional charge there is the option of a full day white water raft trip on the Salmon River or a full day horseback ride in the Sawtooth Wilderness.

Custom-designed Senior High Backpack


Spend a week backpacking in the magnificent Sawtooth or White Cloud mountains ranges. We will pack-in everything you''ll need for a week of back country exploration. As you cross over great divides of rocky terrain and journey through faith, you will experience creation as it was entrusted to us. We will provides staff, program and equipment. Campers supply warm sleeping bag, hiking boots and personal gear.

Come discover a brave new world! High ropes, low ropes, rock climbing, hiking, canoeing and more. Take the plunge into the dynamic fun filled week with personal and spiritual growth! Half the week will be off-site and half the week will be on-site at Luther Heights. You will experience quality, safety, and exciting adventure combined with Bible studies and worshiping Jesus Christ, the cornerstone of our faith!

Mountain Adventure

Life at the Top of the World

During the five days of mountain backpacking in Montana''s Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness Area just north of Yellowstone Park, participants explore life together, the life of faith, and some of the world''s loveliest country. Senior high and young adults move camp most days; junior high and older adults hike from back country base camps. Ten guests and two Christikon staff per group.

Choose Your Own Adventure (CYOA)


Choose your own adventure is an opportunity to challenge your youth group or other church group physically and spiritually. Choose the high adventure your group want to experience and we plan and lead you through the expedition. Options range from backpacking, rock climbing, and white water rafting to spelunking and wilderness camping all here in the beautiful and rugged Northwest.

High Adventure


Senior and junior high adventure weeks are where it's at! Who could have thought one could pack so much fun and adventure into one week? Make your own meals, learn all about bicycle safety and test that out on the open road as you bike to a local state park, backpack in the Chuckanut Mountains ad camp out by a gorgeous lake, tube behind the Lutherwood boats, climb up the high challenge course and do a endurance challenge. This week will bring your youth group closer together, teach them valuable skills and give them the adventure of their life! Come out to beautiful Washington and experience the wonders of God's creation in incredible ways! See you on the trail.
