Backpack the Appalachian Trail, bike the historic C&O Canal, then canoe the Potomac River all in less than a week. On-site activities include: canoeing, swimming, rock climbing, high ropes and wilderness survival. Choose a different adventure each day that may include white-water rafting or tubing, local historic sites of Gettysburg and Antietam Battlefields or urban day trips to Washington DC or Baltimore, Maryland. Enjoy some famous Maryland steamed crabs - now that''s a true adventure. Sleep in a tepee, cabin or air-conditioned rooms. Mar-Lu-Ridge will assist you in designing your own special program. We''ll even meet you at one of our local airports.
